1、 PVC material

Definition: it is based on PVC resin, adding stabilizers, plasticizers, calcium carbonate and other inorganic fillers, additives, lubricants and other additives, through mixing, kneading and extrusion.
Advantages: it can be configured to be used in various environments and applications. It's low cost, flexible, strong, and fire / oil resistant.
Disadvantages: some low-end PVC materials contain harmful substances, which may be unstable when applied in special environment. At present, PVC material has also been upgraded to enhance the environmental protection elements and improve the performance.
2、 PE material

Definition: polyethylene material, this one is also very common. The linear molecular structure of polyethylene makes it very easy to deform at high temperature. Advantages: more environmentally friendly, generally such products have passed the EU ROHS environmental pollution test. It has excellent electrical insulation performance and good processing performance.
Disadvantages: general weather resistance, not suitable for high temperature environment.
3、 Pur material

Definition: polyurethane (PUR) is a kind of polymer with repeated structure unit of carbamate segment, which is made by reaction of isocyanate and polyol.
Advantages: excellent oil resistance, good toughness, wear resistance, cold resistance (low temperature resistance), water resistance, aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, weather resistance, long service life, UV resistance and many excellent functions, suitable for oil pollution, low temperature environment and other harsh occasions.
Disadvantages: many functions, natural prices will be slightly higher, compared with PVC materials, the cost will be much higher.
4、 TPE / TPR material
Super class 5 SF / UTP cable, high flexibility CMX flame retardant TPE sheath, 4 pairs of 24awg multi strand conductor
Definition: TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), sometimes also known as TPR (thermoplastic rubber), namely thermoplastic rubber.
Advantages: good chemical resistance and oil resistance, and very flexible, wear resistance is also better.
Disadvantages: not very strong, also not resistant to high temperature, usually can not be used in the environment above 80 ° C for a long time.
5、 TPU material
Definition: commonly known as polyurethane materials, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber.
Advantages: mainly divided into polyester type and polyether type, hardness range (60ha-85hd), wear resistance, oil resistance, transparent, good elasticity, TPU not only has excellent characteristics of high wear resistance, high tension, high tensile force, toughness and aging resistance, but also is a mature environmental protection material.
Disadvantages: slightly lacking in firmness, easy to deform.
